  • Original packaging must be included.

Return process

If you decide to return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Find the orders you need to return in the order details of your account, submit your return application, and we will process it for you within 1-2 business days.

2. After applying for return, please send car headrest or car lumbar support to 1506 Menlo Ave, Clovis, California, 93611, and the recipient is Vashti Evans.

When returning, please use the original packaging and send it back with the completed return label (the return label is included in the original packaging).

3. After shipment, please email the order number and courier information to [email protected].

4. When we sign for receipt, the refund process will begin. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. Refunds do not include shipping charges paid by the customer on their initial purchase. To check the refund status, please check your Paypal account or bank card.

Return shipping

If you choose to return the product due to quality or transportation issues, we will bear the return shipping costs.
If the item is returned due to personal reasons, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

  • Less than 14 natural days have passed since receipt.
  • Exchange of the same product.

Exchange process

1. Find the orders you need to exchange in your account order details, submit your exchange application, and we will process it for you within 1-2 business days.

Please use the original packaging when returning the product and send it back with the return label (the return label is included in the original packaging).

3. After shipment, please email the order number and courier information to [email protected].

4. After we sign for it, we will send new car headrest and car lumbar support within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is 2-6 business days.

Exchange shipping

If you choose to exchange the product due to quality or transportation problems, we will bear the return shipping fee for the original product and the shipping fee for the new product.
If the product is exchanged due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return freight of the original product and the delivery freight of the new product.

Relisting fee

You don’t have to pay to republish your product.

Refund

We will issue a refund using the original payment method you used to pay for the item. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. Refunds do not include the $5 shipping fee paid by the customer on their initial purchase. To check the refund status, please check your Paypal account or bank card.
